If you are dissatisfied with a Skinnocence product that you purchased from our website or in person at a market, you may return it to us for replacement or a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return/exchange authorization number (RA/EX).
In your email, Please specify the reason for the return/exchange and your contact information. Skinnocence will respond and provide RA/EX#. Once you receive the RA/EX #, you may send the product back to the address below. Please include your receipt (if available) and make sure to write the RA/EX# on the package where it is clearly visible. Please include your address on the package.
PLEASE NOTE – At this time, we are unable to offer free return shipping, however if you felt your product was defective (not sealed properly), Skinnocence agrees to cover all shipping costs only if it is to exchange the product for a replacement or a product of equal or lesser value. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, you will be charged an additional shipping charge. Canadian orders will also be assessed an international surcharge.
